Submission of this form is the commencement of our registration process.
You will need to enter information for a minimum of one guardian and one student.
The registration process is only complete once proof of payment for the R 250 registration fee has been received.
Kindly allow 2 weeks for processing and contact the school office at zoe@thehillpreprimary.co.za should you not have heard from us within this period.
The School will adhere to the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
However, personal information may be retained after the termination of your relationship with the School for statistical, historical or other reasons. Such information will be treated confidentially.
On acceptance of an offer of a place the parents of the learner will be requested to pay a placement fee of R6 000. This fee ensures that a commitment is made by the parents that their child will attend the school in the future.
Under certain circumstances, and at the discretion of the Board of the school, a portion of the placement fee may be refunded to the parents or credited to the final school fee account, without interest.
A once off stationery levy is charged at the beginning of each year, for all groups.
Our intake policy is as follows:
Admission will be based on the date and time of completion of the registration process (receipt of proof of payment) from the date of birth of the applicant.
Preference will be granted to siblings provided such application is registered within 90 days of the birth of the applicant.
Preference will be granted to children of past Hill students provided such application is registered within 180 days of the birth of the applicant. Past Hill students will be required to provide proof of attendance (eg class photograph, report).
